Cozy Cardi

CARDIGAN spacedye textured cardi (under $50) | SHORTS denim shorts (run big) | TEE cotton t-shirt | SHOES metallic flatform wedges (linked this year’s version- on sale!) | NECKLACE seaglass statement necklace (under $20!)

Hello & happy Friday! Today I wanted to share one of my latest finds- this amazing cardigan. When it comes to shopping, specifically online shopping, I have my few little go-to places. I typically don’t wonder onto Gap’s website too, too often, but I found myself checking out their spring collection pretty recently. I was honestly surprised how many pieces I loved! Before I knew it, this blue, textured cardi was in my cart. One thing I do love about Gap is that they are are always having sales and deals. I was able to snag this cardigan 50% off, but it is now currently 40% off (making it under $50!). I am such a sucker for cardigans; I’ll admit it. They are just so cozy and easy to throw on over just about any outfit. I personally love to throw them in my tote when I travel or go out to eat/go to the movies. This specific cardigan is so incredibly comfortable, and I love the dreamy, blue print and cool texture. I am also obsessed with the relaxed, bell sleeves!

I paired the lovely little cardi with my favorite denim shorts, a solid white tee, metallic wedges, and a statement necklace for an evening on the dock. This is definitely a piece I will be wearing all summer long in Northern California (which has the most perfect sweater weather, if I do say so myself). I definitely plan on wearing this piece over solid rompers/dresses and denim shorts. This chunky cardigan would also be perfect with white jeans for an easy, comfy look:

white vneck tank + white jeans + espadrille wedges

Another great thing about this cardi is that it comes in regular, tall, AND petite! I ordered this cardigan in a small petite, and I couldn’t be happier with the size. If you are torn on sizing, I would personally suggest going one size up for a slightly oversized fit. If you are below/above average height, you may want to consider opting for the petite/tall!

Cheers to the weekend, friends!

xoxo,
Mackenzie
