Hello & happy Wednesday! It’s Wednesday right? The days have been just blending together lately for me. I wanted to share my favorite outfit from this past weekend! On Saturday, my mom and I headed to Dallas for dinner & decor shopping. We went to my very favorite restaurant in the entire world- True Food Kitchen. It’s amazing. I have tried so many things on their menu, and I have loved every single dish. I also love that their options are very healthy and organic. If you have food allergies like my sister and I do, it’s a great place to check out. My go-to’s are the kale dip (shown above), the hangover rx drink, and the vegan pizza. All three are out of this world. My sister and mom always go for the bowls. They love the ancient grains one! I am SO happy there is a TFK in Palo Alto, so I will not have to suffer from True Food withdrawals hehe.

On to the outfit. After a day of running around, I wanted to just throw something on and go for our outing (hence my hairstyle lol). I have touched on the Mumu peta tunics before, and I am so happy I picked up the new style- the lace up peta. I purchased this peta in a size XS, which was the perfect size as this piece does run a bit oversized. It is such a perfect tunic for summer (especially as a swim coverup!)! I am obsessed with the print. Bird of Paradise flowers are definitely in my top three faves (because it’s normal to rank your favorite flowers, right?). They make me super nostalgic of Maui. It’s definitely been too long, let me tell ya.

I paired the tunic with little denim shorts and brown Tory Burch sandals. I have had these sandals for around eight years, which is kinda crazy. For years, I forgot about them. I rediscovered them lately and have been wearing them nonstop. They match my tan crossbody purse perfectly, which makes me really happy! To add some more color to the look, I added some rainbow tassel earrings. I got SO many compliments on my earrings in Dallas. They are a little out there, but they match so many things in my closet surprisingly. They are also just really fun, and I have been loovviinnngg them. Sadly they are out of stock at the moment, but I linked a few similar options from Etsy below!

I hope you are having a wonderful week!

xoxo,
Mackenzie
